By placing an order with Mayors Hair Co., you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing & Shipping

• All stock is held in Southampton and in-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping is handled via Royal Mail with tracking, and delivery times may vary based on location and factors outside of our control.

• Mayors Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processing.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted if the bundle binding remains intact and undisturbed.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once the binding has been broken or removed.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

3. Payments

• Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

• All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

4. Product Quality & Liability

• We take great care to ensure consistent quality; however, as a natural product, minor variations may occur.

• For purchases of parts or tools, we are not liable for any damage to parts, instruments, or bows caused by incorrect use or improper fitting.

• We are not liable for any injury resulting from the incorrect use of our products.

5. Privacy Policy

It is the policy of Mayors Hair Co., its employees, and associates to never make public or share any client information, including physical addresses, electronic addresses, or financial details. We do not track or collect individually identifying data.
